A proactive and organised Site Maintenance & Support Coordinator is needed to join a busy dealership operation based in Croydon. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working around vehicles, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy sales environment.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining forecourt presentation, coordinating vehicle movements, preparing vehicles for sale, and supporting the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the presentation of vehicle displays, pricing boards, and showroom signage
  • Updating vehicle pricing and stock details on internal systems
  • Organising and completing vehicle photography for online advertising platforms
  • Checking in vehicles and highlighting any cosmetic or preparation requirements
  • Liaising with valeting and repair suppliers to ensure vehicles are retail-ready
  • Coordinating vehicle movements between sites and compounds
  • Supporting vehicle handovers and ensuring sold vehicles are prepared for collection

  • Assisting with collections, deliveries, and general site support duties
