Service Advisor – Prestige Main Dealership Woolwich £35,525 basic | £50,000+ OTE | Company Car Know how to keep customers happy and a busy service desk running smoothly? ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for our client’s prestige dealership in Woolwich. This opportunity offers strong earning potential, a company car and ongoing training within an established automotive group. The role * Take ownership of customer visits, from initial booking through to collection. * Liaise with the workshop to track progress and keep customers informed. * Explain repair recommendations clearly and secure approval for additional work. * Maintain accurate records and prepare the necessary service paperwork. * Handle queries confidently and ensure vehicles are ready for handover. About you You’ll have automotive Service Advisor or Service Team Manager experience, excellent organisation and a confident, approachable manner. You should be comfortable balancing customer expectations with workshop demands. The package Alongside salary, bonus and company car, benefits include 31 days’ holiday including bank holidays, training, retailer discounts, pension and wellbeing support. Hours Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, totalling 45 working hours weekly. Saturdays, 8am–12.30pm, on a one-in-three rota, paid additionally.
