Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standards
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately within manufacturer guidelines
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, systems, and manufacturer processes
Deliver excellent customer service that promotes loyalty and referrals
Work collaboratively within the workshop team while keeping a strong attention to detail
Your Background & Skills
Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
Previous experience working in a main dealership or independent workshop
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Full UK Driving Licence required
Able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining high standards
