Senior Vehicle Technician – Southend-on-Sea – £45,000 basic salary + team bonus – Permanent, full-time.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (rotating 1 in 2, potentially 1 in 3).
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Work on a variety of vehicles including prestige, premium and commercial brands.
- Complete mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches and engine work.
- Support workshop efficiency and maintain high workmanship standards.
- Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician.
- Strong background on prestige, premium or commercial vehicles.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
- Confident working independently and within a team.
- Level 3 qualification preferred.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
