We're currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy, well-established bodyshop in the Horley area. This role is based within a specialist unit focusing on light commercial vehicles (vans), supporting a large hire fleet operation. The work is fast-paced and consistent, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.
The Role
- Working primarily on vans rather than cars, you'll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality paint repairs in a production-focused environment.
- Preparing and painting LCVs / vans.
- Carrying out repair work to a high, efficient standard.
- Working to timescales within a busy bodyshop.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborating with a wider team across two on-site units.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop environment.
- Comfortable working predominantly on vans / LCVs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
