We are currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Manager to join a busy and successful main dealership in the Bury St Edmunds area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-performing sales department, leading and developing a team of 4 Sales Executives while driving profitability, performance and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have previous Sales Management experience within the motor trade and a strong track record of delivering results.
The Role
- Managing and motivating a team of 4 Sales Executives
- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
- Supporting the team with deal management and closing opportunities
- Monitoring KPIs, enquiry management and conversions
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Managing stock performance and departmental profitability
- Coaching and developing the sales team to maximise performance
- Maintaining FCA compliance and dealership processes
