Our client is a successful and growing specialist vehicle business operating across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit several ambitious Sales Development Executives to join their internal sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Full product and industry training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates from sales, telesales, recruitment, customer service, lead generation, or business development backgrounds.
The Role
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted databases
- Introducing the company's products and services to potential clients
- Identifying customer requirements, future plans, and purchasing intentions
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Qualifying opportunities and arranging follow-up activity for the field sales team
- Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM system
- Following up prospects via telephone and email
What We’re Looking For
- Confidence and professionalism on the telephone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Basic IT and CRM proficiency
