  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm
  • 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am 1:00pm (paid in addition to basic salary)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Service Supervisor to join a successful dealership in the Maidstone area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong aftersales or service reception experience who is looking to step into a leadership role within a busy and professional service department. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workshop flow and strong team performance.

The Role

  • Supporting the daily operation of the service department
  • Supervising and supporting the front-of-house aftersales team
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards
  • Assisting with workshop loading and job allocation
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Supporting departmental performance, upselling and KPI achievement
  • Working closely with senior management on operational improvements
