General Sales Manager – Franchised Car Dealership Location: Bexhill, East Sussex Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE OTE: Uncapped – % of Bottom Line Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am–6:00pm | Saturdays 9:00am – 5:00pm | Day Off in Week Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive sales career? We’re looking for a driven and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead the sales department of a well-established franchised dealership. Whether you\’re an experienced Sales Manager ready for a fresh challenge, or a high-performing Business Manager or ASM ready to step up – we want to hear from you. About the Role: You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 4 Sales Executives currently selling an average of 35 used and 20 new vehicles each month. This is a team with potential but needs the right leadership to push performance to the next level.
