Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:00am – 2:00pm

Our client, a busy and well-established main dealership in Farnborough, is looking to recruit a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their successful workshop team of over 20 technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Technician looking to further their career within a professional dealership environment. Applications are welcomed from technicians currently working in both main dealerships and independent garages. With modern workshop facilities, ongoing manufacturer training, and a bonus structure based on productivity, this role offers excellent long-term career prospects and earning potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
  • Completing vehicle inspections and health checks
  • Conducting repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise workshop efficiency
  • Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technology and repair methods

Your Background & Skills

  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
