You'll become part of a friendly and professional aftersales team providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class dealership experience.

The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey.
Your responsibilities will include
- Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop efficiently.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Preparing estimates and explaining completed work.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Liaising closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
- Experience within a prestige dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving licence preferred. What's on Offer
- £31,000 basic salary.
- On-target earnings of £40,600.
- 45-hour working week.
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, paid as overtime.
