We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a successful main dealership in the Bury St Edmunds area. This is a slightly different Service Advisor role, focused more on the behind-the-scenes coordination of the aftersales process rather than front-of-house customer interaction.
You will be responsible for keeping customers updated throughout the repair process while working closely with the workshop team to ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
