Cross selling customer repairs and parts.

Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

Proven experience working in a busy and demanding dealership, as a Service Advisor (2 years +)

Technical skills and experience are essential.

Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers (which lead to customer loyalty and referrals).

Excellent communication skills.
