We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi-site used car operation across Norwich and Diss. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager looking to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, with responsibility for driving performance, profitability and customer experience across a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Leading and driving performance across a multi-site used car operation
  • Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
  • Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
  • Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
  • Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
  • Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role is essential, along with:

  • Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
  • Experience driving Finance & Insurance performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching and team development ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential

£60,000 OTE (competitive basic salary + bonus structure), ~30 days annual leave including bank holidays, structured 5-day working week (Monday to Saturday rota), ongoing training and career development opportunities.
