We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially driven Divisional Sales Manager to oversee a busy multi-site used car operation across Norwich and Diss. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Manager looking to take ownership of a large and varied stock operation, with responsibility for driving performance, profitability and customer experience across a fast-paced retail environment. You will be joining a forward-thinking business that values strong leadership, operational excellence and a clear focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and driving performance across a multi-site used car operation
  • Managing stock control, vehicle preparation and pricing strategy
  • Overseeing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
  • Managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets
  • Driving Finance & Insurance penetration and additional product sales
  • Monitoring performance through KPI analysis and reporting
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction across both sites
  • Managing advertising performance including online vehicle listings
  • Working closely with senior leadership to deliver divisional objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior automotive leadership role
  • Strong background in used vehicle operations is essential
  • Confident knowledge of stock management, pricing strategy and sales process
  • Experience driving Finance & Insurance performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching and team development ability
  • Commercially minded with a focus on results and profitability
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
