As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll independently lead the delivery of smaller-scale projects from briefing through to installation and aftercare. You will support our Senior PMs on larger and more complex projects, and provide internal coordination and admin support across the team. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, the New Business Team, Creative Director, and wider studio to help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their career and ambitious to grow into a full Project Manager position. You’ll have a clear progression pathway, structured mentorship, and exposure to high-profile projects and clients from day one.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning smaller-scale projects
- Lead delivery of smaller-scale projects from briefing through to installation, snagging, and aftercare, with oversight from the Lead PM
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on these projects
- Prepare project documentation including scopes of work, costings, and client presentations
- Manage timelines, budgets, and key milestones, escalating risks early
- Supporting larger projects
- Assist Senior PMs across the life cycle of larger projects
