As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll independently lead the delivery of smaller-scale projects from briefing through to installation and aftercare. You will support our Senior PMs on larger and more complex projects, and provide internal coordination and admin support across the team. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, the New Business Team, Creative Director, and wider studio to help ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their career and ambitious to grow into a full Project Manager position. You’ll have a clear progression pathway, structured mentorship, and exposure to high-profile projects and clients from day one.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning smaller-scale projects
  • Lead delivery of smaller-scale projects from briefing through to installation, snagging, and aftercare, with oversight from the Lead PM
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on these projects
  • Prepare project documentation including scopes of work, costings, and client presentations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and key milestones, escalating risks early
  • Supporting larger projects
  • Assist Senior PMs across the lifecycle of larger or more complex projects
  • Coordinate internal resources to keep delivery running efficiently
  • Support supplier coordination, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, and tracking deliveries
  • Help source materials, finishes, and production elements
  • Coordinate logistics and attend site visits, surveys, and installations, supporting on-site delivery where required
  • Internal coordination & admin
  • Maintain and update project plans and resourcing in our project management system (Projectworks)
  • Support the Head of Projects and Lead PM with team-level reporting and coordination
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and studio output
Required skills:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a project coordination, production, or similar role (creative industry preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Interest in art, design, and creative production
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Basic understanding of CAD software or willingness to learn
