We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator to oversee daily warehouse operations and optimise supply chain processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties

  • Manage category inventory levels through effective category management strategies.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilise transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, stock levels, and order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with third‑party logistics providers (3PL) to optimise transportation routes and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records using ERP systems such as AS400 and other supply chain software.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Assist with materials handling activities, including picking; relevant training can be provided.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Good communication skills for liaising across departments and external partners.
