Site Manager (Groundworks & RcFrame)

Site Manager – Groundworks & RcFrame – Burghfield (Near Reading) We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a groundworks & reinforced concrete (RC) project in Burghfield, near Reading. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and be confident managing Tier 1 contractor paperwork requirements. Role Details: * Start Date: Ideally 22nd April (Project begins 28th April) * Project Duration: Initial 6 months, expected to extend to 12 months once the design is finalise * Scope: Overseeing groundworks & RC structures, managing site operations, liaising with contractors, ensuring compliance, and handling required documentation Requirements: * Previous experience in a Site Manager role on groundworks/RC projects * Engineering background preferred * Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and managing associated paperwork * ​​​​​​​Strong leadership and organisational skills.
