Quantity Surveyor (Any Level) – RC Frame & Groundworks We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Any Level) to join our client who've recently relocated to Hampton in SW London. Our client are a specialist in RC Frame & Groundworks projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with subcontractors, managing costs, contracts, and valuations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee project costs and budgets for RC Frame & Groundworks contracts. * Manage procurement, valuations, and payments. * Conduct cost reporting, variations, and final accounts. * Collaborate with site teams to ensure financial efficiency. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in RC Frame & Groundworks. * Strong subcontractor management skills. * Excellent negotiation and commercial awareness. * Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred.
