Our Client are a construction sub contractor based in Loughton, Essex. Due to a large amount of new projects starting, they are looking for a part-time office administrator to join their team. This will be a part-time role initially, working hours 8:00am to 4:00pm OR 9:00am to 5:00pm, 2 to 3 days per week.
Spec:
- Good understanding of the construction industry
- Experience working in a construction environment
- Assist with Health & Safety records and onboarding documentation
- Support with admin tasks, record keeping and form completion
- Sending material enquiries and handling phone calls
