The role involves community-based activities, learning opportunities, and promoting independence. Requirements: Experience supporting neurodiverse adults and/or young people with SEND Aged 25 Full, clean UK driving licence Able to drive a manual vehicle Must have the legal right to work in the UK Salary: £27,189.76 per annum (reviewed after 6 months).
