We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment. In this role, the SEO Manager will work as part of a team responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive new customer acquisition and adoption. Reporting directly to the Global Head of SEO, you will be part of a team of 4 who are responsible for ensuring that SEO serves as a massive catalyst for our aggressive growth plans across 20+ website locales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor search engine trends and industry changes: Stay updated with the latest changes in search engine algorithms and adapt strategies accordingly to ensure the Acronis global website is technically sound and performing in line with its organic search KPI’s.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
- Keyword and competitor research: Use SEO tools to conduct keyword research, monitor competitors and identify content gaps.
- Technical SEO: Work with the user experience and website teams to improve technical foundations of the website.
- Content creation: Work closely with internal and external copywriters and content managers to create high-quality website content.
- Reporting on performance: Run weekly reports on the success of SEO campaigns.
- Conduct day-to-day SEO work: keyword research, rank-tracking, competitive analysis, technical auditing, page optimization, SEO content strategy, site relaunches, technical improvements, authority acquisition strategy, troubleshooting organic traffic anomalies, etc.
- Conduct in-depth technical audits and analyze Acronis SEO performance and site health, identify issues, find root causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ Years of SEO Experience – ideally in a similar Global SEO environment.
- Track record of driving incremental organic growth for websites using solid SEO implementation techniques.
- Hands-on experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, RemRush, Ahref, Screaming Frog etc.
- Good level of understanding of technical SEO.
- Any understanding of B2B marketing, with Business Applications (SalesForce) will be a plus.
- Passionate about SEO and staying up to date with the evolving world of organic search.
- Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
