WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the UKI region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Acronis solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Acronis and the client.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and professional services, to deliver comprehensive solutions and support.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Acronis product developments to effectively position solutions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required to represent Acronis and expand network.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role, preferably within the IT, software, or cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market dynamics and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the UKI region as required.
- Knowledge of cyber protection, data backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage.
