Role Summary: As a Flight Data Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, supporting the configuration, operation, and continuous improvement of their Flight Data Monitoring programs. You will analyze flight data, investigate safety and operational events, and deliver clear, actionable insights that help customers improve flight safety and operational performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer engagement, and a proactive approach to safety and service delivery. Participation in rotating shifts may be required to support customers across multiple global time zones, including the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong and trusted working relationships.
- Support customers in the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of FDM programs.
- Analyze flight data regularly and validate safety and maintenance events.
- Investigate operational anomalies and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Advise customers on appropriate event thresholds and safety triggers.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests and prepare detailed statistical and analytical reports.
- Manage support tickets, emails, and customer inquiries with ownership and urgency.
- Meet internal KPIs and deliver analysis to customers in accordance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support flight safety initiatives and product improvements.
- Identify system issues or inefficiencies and work with development teams to support resolution.
- Conduct acceptance testing for new FDM events, features, and fixes.
- Provide after-hours or emergency support for Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) situations as required.
- Assist with FDR, CVR, and DLR data readouts using internal tools, including Express Readout.
- Deliver training, product demonstrations, and guidance for new customers or feature launches.
- Represent Acron Aviation at customer visits and industry events (international travel may be required).
- Participate in rotating shift patterns to support customers across global time zones.
What You'll Bring:
