We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Programme Management team, delivering cutting-edge aviation training solutions to customers worldwide. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, global operation focused on the design, manufacture, and lifecycle support of Full Flight Simulators and advanced training devices.
You will lead multiple concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle - from concept and design through to certification, delivery, and in-service modification - working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a high-impact, technically complex environment. You will play a key role in delivering mission-critical solutions that support pilot training and aviation safety worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new simulator builds and complex engineering upgrades
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners
- Define and control project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans (WBS, schedules, budgets, risk registers)
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
- Manage project budgets with strong financial oversight and forecasting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while capitalising on opportunities
- Ensure robust configuration and change management
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience delivering complex, high-value projects involving hardware and software integration
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, PMI, MSP)
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, defence, or regulated industries
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with strategic awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Project Management certification (APM, PMI, PRINCE2, MSP)
