We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute localized marketing strategies across the UK, Ireland & Nordics regions, with a strong focus on on-the-ground event execution and offline campaign management. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in biotech/pharmaceutical marketing, capable of aligning regional activities with global objectives while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy Development: Design and implement localized marketing plans aligned with corporate goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to optimize outreach.
- Lead end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of regional events (e.g., conferences, workshops, product launches). Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor event ROI and provide post-event analysis for continuous improvement. Traveling up to 30-40% depending on the offline events frequency.
- Develop localized promotional materials and campaigns tailored to regional regulations and cultural nuances with internal team.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team on social media promotion, webinars, and newsletter optimization.
- Track and analyze the results to enhance engagement with local customers and optimize local strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Build relationships with KOLs, academia professionals, distributors, and industry associations.
- Work closely with sales and global marketing teams to align messaging and tactics.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Knowledge / Experience / Competence
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record in planning and executing offline events/campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing solutions and applications such as Salesforce, Adobe, Canva and Constant Contact, or other similar tools; as well as Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
