Part-time Supply Chain Specialist, primarily responsible for supply chain-related operations such as import customs clearance and logistics in the UK.
Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations
- Handle customs clearance for imports from the UK;
- Monitor the logistics status of orders and promptly address any issues;
- Process payment requests for import duties and other fees, and track their status;
- Communicate with sales and customers to resolve issues related to order delivery;
- Collaborate with other teams to advance supply chain-related operations;
- Handle other supply chain-related or UK-company-related tasks.
Knowledge/Experience/Competence
- Qualification (Knowledge/Experience/Competition)
- Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or higher; Proficient in English & Mandarin communication; working language.
- Experience: Experience in UK import/export, international trade, or supply chain management.
- General Competence: Have customer service and global awareness, strong communication skills and team collaboration awareness; Responsible, proactive, willing to take on responsibilities, agile and adaptable; Capable of patiently and meticulously handling all tasks.
