You’ll be part of the action from the start - managing live construction projects as a client representative, coordinating contractors, and ensuring high-quality new homes are delivered on time and budget with full client assurance.
Two-Year Structured Programme
Develop deep construction delivery expertise:
- Year 1: Be integral to Development Delivery Teams meeting safety, quality, and planning objectives. Work collaboratively across Development, Commercial, and Housing teams. Use Pamwin and appraisal software to monitor financial performance. Prepare Project Briefs and appoint architects and consultants. Drive customer focus to maintain 5-star builder status.
- Year 2: Build relationships with Local Authorities, Developer Partners, and stakeholders. Manage relationships with solicitors, consultants, and contractors. Take handover of projects and deliver from contract to completion. Undertake project management within time, cost, and quality constraints. Ensure construction quality meets Clarion's requirements.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Real Responsibilities:
- Managing construction projects as client representative within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Coordinating architects, consultants, and contractors
- Monitoring project budgets and programme delivery
- Ensuring build quality meets our requirements as a client developer, in accordance with our contracts
- Continuing client assurance through the life of the project
- Building relationships with Local Authorities and developer partners
