Latimer are looking for ambitious, passionate and dedicated graduates to embark on a journey within our Construction Delivery Programme based in Manchester.
The Role - Here's What You Need to Know:

Two-Year Structured Programme Develop deep construction delivery expertise:
- Year 1:
- Be integral to Development Delivery Teams meeting safety, quality, and planning objectives
- Work collaboratively across Development, Commercial, and Housing teams
- Use Pamwin and appraisal software to monitor financial performance
- Prepare Project Briefs and appoint architects and consultants
- Drive customer focus to maintain 5-star builder status
- Build relationships with Local Authorities, Developer Partners, and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with solicitors, consultants, and contractors
- Take handover of projects and deliver from contract to completion
- Undertake project management within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Ensure construction quality meets Clarion's requirements

What You'll Actually Be Doing - Real responsibilities:
- Managing construction projects within time, cost, and quality constraints
- Coordinating architects, consultants, and contractors
- Monitoring project budgets and programme delivery
- Ensuring build quality meets our requirements as a client developer, in accordance with our contracts
- Building relationships with Local Authorities and developer partners
What we are looking for?
- 2:1 degree minimum in Construction Management or construction related fields
- Work experience (internships, part-time jobs, placements all count)
