Essential Qualifications
- Educated to QCF level 6 OR work experience deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
- Hold a professional practitioner level qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) or another qualification deemed to have brought the role holder to a comparable level.
- Extensive analytical expertise.
- Proven stakeholder management skills including senior stakeholders and partners.
- Significant experience with complex digital transformation projects.
- Experience in team management, monitoring performance and developing staff.
