We are looking for a motivated individual, experienced in business analysis to join us as a Business Analyst within a national policing unit. Join ACRO Criminal Records Office as a Business Analyst in our innovative Continuous Improvement Team, where you'll play a key role in supporting digital and process optimisation initiatives.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and external partners to gather and analyse business requirements, uncovering inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. As part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to creating comprehensive analysis deliverables that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations and facilitate positive change.
