Role can either be remote or Manchester based - 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract)
Responsibilities:
β’ Management of own workload effectively prioritising activity to achieve targets and quality standards as per agreed objectives
β’ Build & maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
β’ Support and assist other members of the IBA team to achieve departmental objectives
β’ Fully investigate and resolve queries, including more complex queries, in a timely and accurate manner
β’ Comply and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures
β’ Identify and record breaches of policies and CASS 5 rules
β’ IBA Processing, Cash Management,Cash Allocation, Bank Reconciliations
Insurer & Bordereaux Reconciliation, Client Money Calculations, Client Refunds, Payment Processing, Debt Management
Skills and Experience:
β’ 2 + years of IBA experience within Insurance
β’ Good reconciliations and cash management knowledge
β’ Strong attention to detail and able to prioritise
