The Role
Role Overview: The Business Risk Team in Burgess Hill handles diverse clients from sectors like Motor Trade, Construction, Manufacturing, Media, Charities, and Global Businesses. We offer bespoke insurance solutions across all Commercial Insurance classes with premium levels up to £100,000.
Responsibilities:
- Administer policies and coordinate with Insurers and clients for optimal solutions.
- Support the wider team, including Client Executives and Managers, serving as a reliable client contact.
- Deliver a positive client experience through tailored communication.
- Accurately manage renewals and handle policy placements.
- Prospect for new business, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Process Mid-Term Adjustments.
- Maintain Acturis records, obtain e-Traded quotes, and address issues arising from Acturis reporting.
What You'll Bring:
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial products such as Property / Business Interruption, Professional Indemnity, Liabilities, and Cyber & Crime.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
