AVP - PMO

About the team and the job:

The PMO Role will report to the SVP Projects and work with a team of Project Managers / Business Analysts and the Reporting Team.

How you\’ll contribute:

• Introducing and maintaining robust Project Management processes and tools across the portfolio of Projects undertaken by Acrisure Re
• Working with Acrisure Re Project Managers and Business Analysts to maintain robust project plans and ensure Project Risks and Issues are being effectively tracked and mitigated / resolved
• Clearly communicating to the SVP Projects and key stakeholders as appropriate the status of projects, in particular critical issues impeding delivery
• Working with the SVP Projects to present updates on our portfolio of Projects to Governance Forums and the Acrisure Re Board

Requirements:

• Highly organised practitioner, with a collegiate approach to working with other team members and stakeholders.
• Experienced PMO with a track record of working across multiple projects and introducing / refining Project tracking processes and systems
• Experience of working within Insurance, in particular the London Market would be an advantage
• Qualified Prince 2 (or equivalent) practitioner
