Acrisure UK Broking are looking for an experienced and talented Administrator to support our Healthcare & Protection Team in Burgess Hill. You will be pivotal to ensuring the smooth running of the department and essential in creating a smooth customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Processing policy updates/membership changes on our broking system and with insurers
- Preparing renewals for the Healthcare and Protection Team
- Processing internal invoices
- Organising the post received for the team
- Obtaining online quotes required for client renewals and new business
- Additional general ad-hoc admin tasks
- Dealing with general accounts queries from our finance team
Skills & Experience
Must haves
- Previous administration experience
- Great organisational and attention to detail skills
- Confident working autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent telephone manner / communication skills
- Pro-active attitude
- Good computer skills including typing and competent across MS Office
Nice to have, but not essential
- Experience of using the Acturis broking system (full training provided)
