The Finance Lead is a hands‐on role combining ownership of core financial processes, including month‐end and reporting, with responsibility for delivering key financial initiatives across the group. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver financial projects end‐to‐end, including scoping, planning, execution and embedding outcomes into the business.
- Drive improvements to financial processes, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy and consistency across the group.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to successfully implement change.
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls, ensuring issues are identified, resolved and processes are well documented.
