About the team and the job:
Acrisure is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR and Translation Advisor to support an HR Transformation across multiple regions and business units with strong bilingual or multilingual capabilities to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality translation support across HR projects, workshops, documentation, and communications to ensure clear and culturally sensitive messaging and translation across teams and countries. Focus will be on supporting a Workday implementation and assisting local teams with limited English knowledge.
How you\’ll contribute:
- Provide accurate and context-sensitive translation of HR documents including contracts, policies, procedures, training materials, and communications.
- Offer verbal translation during HR project workshops, training, and support sessions.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align translation efforts and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
- Contribute to process improvements related to multilingual HR communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and cultural awareness at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles.
- Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience with document translation or interpretation in a business context.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills with a culturally sensitive approach.
