Acrisure London Wholesale is a fast growing division of Acrisure Re UK Limited, placing open-market facultative insurance and reinsurance business for retail and wholesale insurance broking clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and deliver reinsurance contracts to internal and external clients that reflect negotiated terms.
- Deliver all contracts in a timely manner.
- Revise documents during the lifecycle of the (re)insurance placement and evaluate revisions to ensure contract terms align.
- Collaborate with broker teams to secure detailed contract information and promote efficient workflow.
- Make informed, thoughtful recommendations to the contractual product and raise potential issues as appropriate.
- Provide informed interpretations of contract language reflecting the intent of reinsurance negotiations.
- Proactively recommend coverage and wording enhancements and raise potential coverage issues as appropriate.
- Engage in calls with clients, markets, and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Leverage excellent writing skills to influence internal and external partners and expedite contract negotiations.
Experience / Qualifications
- At least 4 years’ experience and expertise in the construction of insurance and facultative reinsurance.
- Knowledge of Market Reform Contracts.
- Ability to work within a team framework.
