Responsibilities:
- Work with account management support during the placement process to ensure quality submissions and presentations are prepared.
- Work with the actuarial team to determine appropriate (re)insurance needs and communicate solutions effectively to clients and prospects.
- Work with the contracts department to prepare contracts and coverholder agreements.
- Work with account management, internal Claims, Operations and Finance departments to ensure administration of accounts is going smoothly and help resolve issues that require broker assistance.

Experience required:
- Marine market experience.
- Significant broking experience in a similar role.
- Proactive and execution oriented, taking initiative to start and complete new tasks.
- Knowledge of direct, facultative and binding authority business preferable.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical ability and has the ability to work alongside actuaries and interpret actuarial results.
