Our expert multi-disciplinary team leverage their combined experience, market data and leading analytics to provide the very best placement and execution strategies. Become a member of a dynamic and successful insurance broking team working with existing clients and developing new business.
As part of our team your role will include:
- Support the Brokers and Account Managers with the management and maintenance of existing client relationships and the development of new ones.
- Assist with the production of high-quality presentations, submissions and documentation.
- Develop a detailed understanding of your teams lines of business so you are able to support in the development of tailor-made solutions.
- Collate and prepare data, in order to produce analytical results used to support the team's strategy and meet financial targets.
- Support the team with ad hoc projects and initiatives.

- Attend training and development sessions with the Talent and Development team as part of our bespoke school leaver programme.
- Shadow other areas of the business, including Reinsurance and Claims, to gain rounded knowledge of the business.
