The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hemel Hempstead, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The person in this role will manage key client accounts, serving as the primary contact for customers and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and deepen relationships

The Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales, technical, and operational teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support product deployments. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years account management experience and client relationship, including experience handling key or strategic accounts.

  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage contracts or service agreements.
  • Project coordination or project management capabilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence liaising with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting performance data and service metrics.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time between office-based and remote work effectively.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business, management, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity software.
  • Full right to work in the UK; willingness to travel to client sites when required.
