Acre is partnering with a global food production business in the search for an Ethical Compliance Coordinator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established ESG function within a global organisation where responsible sourcing and ethical compliance are integral to the business. You'll play a central role in ensuring ethical due diligence is delivered across a complex international supply chain, working closely with suppliers, commercial teams, and major UK retail customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating ethical due diligence across a global supplier network
- Reviewing supplier audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, and compliance documentation
- Supporting retailer specific ethical compliance requirements and ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as the operational link between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the wider ESG team
- Supporting and mentoring Ethical Compliance Officers while helping to improve systems, reporting, and processes
- Building strong relationships across sourcing, procurement, technical, and commercial teams
Your profile:
- Experience in ethical compliance, responsible sourcing, ESG, sustainability, or supply chain compliance
- Dealt with social audit standards such as SMETA, GRASP, or equivalent
- Ideally experience in any of: FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture, or other global supply chains
- Supplier engagement, stakeholder management, and compliance administration
