We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive and hands-on PA to become the key support to our EMEA Managing Director and the heartbeat of our London office.
This would suit someone looking to step into a PA role from an office or team coordinator position; or consolidate their early experience as a PA.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for instructions or sticks rigidly to a job description.
We're a collaborative, entrepreneurial business where everyone pitches in, takes ownership and looks for ways to make things better.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen.
You'll provide day-to-day support to our Managing Director (EMEA), help create an outstanding office experience for our team and visitors, coordinate events and projects, and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
One moment you'll be organising international travel, the next you'll be solving an office issue, getting new joiners set up with equipment, preparing presentation materials, welcoming clients or supporting the organisation of a key event.
If you're someone who naturally notices what needs doing before anyone else does, enjoys variety, and gets satisfaction from helping people succeed, you'll thrive here.

- Executive & Business Support
- Provide proactive diary and inbox management for the Managing Director (EMEA).

- Office & Team Experience
- Take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of our London office.
- Create a welcoming, professional environment for employees, clients and candidates.
- Coordinate office facilities, supplies, equipment and room bookings.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Organise internal events, meetings and celebrations.
- Be the go-to person for solving day-to-day office challenges.
- Health, Safety & Operations
- Coordinate health & safety requirements for the London office.
- Maintain office compliance documentation and processes.
- Support operational improvements and business projects as the company evolves.
About You
We're far more interested in your attitude than whether you've done every aspect of the role before.
You'll probably be someone who
- Takes ownership and gets things done without needing to be asked.
- Is naturally organised and enjoys bringing structure to busy environments.
- Loves variety and is happy switching between multiple priorities.
- Think ahead, anticipatesproblems and finds solutions.
- Enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.
- Is confident working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across the business.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and picking up new systems quickly.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes beyond their job title.
