Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate National Clinical Trainer to join our dynamic device and skincare team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical training and support to healthcare professionals across your region, ensuring consistent standards in technique, compliance, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective hands-on training sessions, workshops, and presentations to medical skincare and device professionals.
- Support onboarding and ongoing education of varying levels to partner clinics and practitioners.
- Ensure clinical excellence through continuous evaluation, coaching, and feedback.
- In-clinic training of customers to support their devices/skincare purchases.
- Maintain and communicate up-to-date knowledge of all products, techniques, trends and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to support product launches and promotional events.
- Provide clinical input for internal teams and assist with developing training materials and SOPs to support ongoing team development.
- Travel regularly within the region to provide in-person support and maintain relationships with clients and equivalent sales team.
- Build and maintain report with your training accounts.
- Actively promote all products to new and existing customers to enhance sales, revenue and service.
- Travel to exhibitions, conferences and wider company events to support sales with demos and seminars.
Requirements
- NVQ Beauty therapy level 3 and above
- Highly experienced in skincare, including ingredients, protocols, theory, practical techniques, contraindications, medical ingredients, i.e. peels, retinol etc.
- Highly experienced in devices, including but not limited to, RF, HIFU, laser, skin analysis. (theory and practical).
- Previous experience in clinical training or education is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and adapt to varying skill levels.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with frequent travel.
