They are looking for a highly astute Senior Consultant with deep expertise in sustainability or social impact. You will bring a deep understanding of social value, combined with the ability to translate this into commercially grounded strategies for businesses to implement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients across private, public, and third sectors to understand their needs
  • Developing scopes of work that respond to client needs, tailoring our tried-and-tested suite of services to deliver the best outcomes
  • Leading end-to-end strategy development processes, working with clients through a co-creation approach to shape robust, ambitious, and deliverable strategies
  • Leading bid-related services, supporting clients through a range of activities from training to strategic input on high-priority bids, helping define compelling solutions
  • Developing high-impact reports tailored to different audiences, helping clients communicate their data and stories in a clear and engaging way
  • Designing and facilitating workshops, interviews, and presentations that engage a diverse range of stakeholders from across clients' organisations
  • Applying strong project management approaches and tools to multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team to support business development opportunities and shape compelling client propositions

What you will bring:

  • A strong track record of 4+ years consultancy or advisory experience in sustainability, ESG, and/or Social Value
  • A strong understanding of the UK and/or global social impact landscape, with the ability to cut through complexity and provide clear, commercially grounded direction to clients
  • Experience delivering high-impact strategies for a range of clients across different industries
  • Experience working directly with and building long-term trusted relationships with a range of senior external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of change management and transformation methodologies, and how to implement these approaches with customers
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple consultancy projects concurrently
  • Good analytical skills, including data literacy and the ability to work with large datasets to generate strategic insights
