Greenheart is now seeking a Head of Delivery to join its leadership team and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth. More than a delivery leadership position, it is an opportunity to influence business strategy, drive innovation and help scale a respected sustainability advisory practice.

As Head of Delivery, you will lead and develop the consulting team while ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and efficiency across all client engagements. This is a mainly remote opportunity, with regular face to face team meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day management, coaching, and development of the delivery team
  • Own the quality and consistency of client work across all service lines
  • Drive service efficiency by identifying opportunities to systematise and improve delivery, including through the effective use of AI-enabled consulting tools
  • Establish clear performance frameworks, accountability structures, and commercial discipline across the team
  • Take responsibility for delivery performance, including margins, utilisation, and profitability
  • Support business development by leveraging your professional network and market relationships
  • Contribute to service innovation and the expansion of Greenheart's advisory offering
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute business strategy
We're looking for someone who brings
  • Significant experience in ESG, sustainability, or impact consulting
  • A proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing consulting teams
  • Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and delivery performance
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing profitability, utilisation, and delivery margins
  • Confidence using AI tools to enhance consulting effectiveness and quality
  • Ideally, experience with B Corp certification, GRI, TCFD, CSRD, or related sustainability frameworks
  • An established network across purpose-led businesses, B Corps, and sustainability-focused organisations.
