As an Enterprise Account Manager at Acre, you will own and grow a portfolio of our most strategic, high-value customers. You will be responsible for driving long-term value, retention and expansion across complex enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Senior Leadership to ensure enterprise clients realise maximum value from Acre, while identifying and executing opportunities for commercial growth. This is a highly visible role within a fast-growing FinTech, offering the opportunity to directly influence revenue, product direction and customer strategy.
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Acre, you will:
- Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers, including renewals, upsell and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long term value and revenue growth.
- Lead structured quarterly and annual business reviews, demonstrating ROI, adoption and future opportunity.
- Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations in collaboration with Sales and Senior Leadership.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating internal teams to resolution.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure onboarding, adoption and ongoing usage align with enterprise objectives.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Sales teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, and opportunity tracking within the CRM.
- Develop and maintain expert level understanding of Acre’s platform, capabilities and roadmap.
- Use deep product knowledge to identify expansion opportunities across features, cross-sells and use cases.
- Represent Acre in senior level client meetings, industry events and other forums.
You should apply if you are:
- A proven Enterprise Account Manager or Strategic Account Manager with experience managing large, complex B2B customers.
- Experienced in renewals and expansion revenue, not just relationship management.
- Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder environments with formal governance and procurement processes.
- Commercially astute, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Confident engaging at executive level, able to influence and challenge constructively.
- Highly structured and disciplined, with a strong approach to account planning and forecasting.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, capable of delivering executive-level presentations.
- Experienced in SaaS, FinTech or adjacent financial services environments.
- Knowledgeable about (or able to quickly master) the UK mortgage and financial services market.
- Able to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams.
