Established in 1989, Acre is a leading company within the Industrial Services sector. To support our continuing growth, we are recruiting additional HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver Operators. Suitable applicants will join our team based in Houston, Renfrewshire. Due to the location of the office, you are required to have your own transport.

We operate a mixed fleet of specialised vehicles including Tankers, Disabs, Vactors, Skip Lorries, Hook Loaders, Curtain-Sided Trailers and High-Pressure Water Jetting Units. Vacuum Tank experience is advantageous; however, full training will be provided to suitable applicants.

To be considered you must have the following:

  • A full, valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • A valid digital tachograph
  • A valid DCPC
  • At least one year of HGV driving experience
  • Your own transport

Ideal candidates should have good time management, strong communication skills, a good working attitude, and the ability to be flexible. Working away from home and weekend work may be required to support the needs of the business. Industry experience is preferred, although other candidates may be considered.
