About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Level 3 Baby Room Leader to join a nursery in Walsall.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional with experience working with babies aged 0–2 years. You will lead the day-to-day running of the baby room, support your team and provide a safe, nurturing environment where babies can learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily running of the baby room and maintain high standards of care.
Plan age-appropriate activities that support babies' learning and development.
Meet individual care needs, routines and developmental milestones.
Guide and support team members to deliver quality childcare.
Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
Maintain accurate observations and learning records.
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and Early Years requirements.
Requirements
Recognised
Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
Experience working with babies aged 0–2 years.
Understanding of safeguarding and early childhood development.
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
Valid DBS check or willingness to complete the required checks.
Previous Baby Room Leader experience is advantageous.
Permanent, Monday-to-Friday position.
Term-time-only working.
Minimum 30 hours per week.
